Attachment Student- Chin & Partners

​I worked as an attachment student with a legal firm Chin & Partners before I started Law School in Taylor's. It was truly a great and eye-opening experience to deal with big Malaysian corporations, which happens to be the firm's clients, like Tenaga Nasional Berhad, SYABAS and Indah Water for litigation department. For conveyancing, I had the chance to work with Ken Rimba, one of the growing housing developer in Malaysia.
Service Attendant- Miam Miam Restaurant

​When I was younger, my father told me:" If you want to be successful in the future, you must learn to work from the bottom tier of any hierarchy." I remember this quote till today and I looked for a servicing job after I finished my A Levels. It was an enriching experience because I learnt how to put my dignity down and serve people whole heartedly as a waitress. I also met people from different social strata and learn to appreciate everything that was given to me since young.

​During the start of the semester, candidates interested in the post needed to run for it. We had to prepare a pitch to gain support from the Law School, and also to face an impromptu Question&Answer session by the previous batch. In essence, treasurer is a satisfying role for me because I learn to manage fund meticulously and engage sponsorships for the school.

​I am in the External Participants team, bringing in exchange students to from AIESEC in 125 countries all over the world to Malaysia. It is an extremely globalized opportunity and has widen my horizons in many areas.

Touch Rugby is a game that I picked up and never regretted since then. It trains teamwork extremely well and it shapes us into athlete with utmost sportmanship. Above all, the bond I forged with my Singapore team is irreplaceable and we are close even till today.

This is a project that I participated in where together with the team, we prepared raw ingredients and to pack lunch boxes for the needy community in Singapore
Touch Community Services: Project SPARKLE
This Singapore project includes weekly delivery of dinner boxes to the elderly community who lives alone, and also to help clean their flats.

First Runner-Up in Asian Finals
This is a business-based project, an initiative by the renowned United States consulting company. It consists of three preliminary rounds. My group ultimately emerged as the first runner-up in the Asian Finals with a business proposal of an Eco-Friendly Water Saving Flushing System in front of a panel of judges including the General Manager (Singapore) of Apple Inc, Asian Regional Director of American Express and other important personnels of renowned global corporations.
